pls fix the bathroom door Positive: It was comfortable, the bed was okay, the owner replied fast and very helpful, the internet very fast (no lagging when watching the TV), water pressure is good, got hot water, the unit is clean Negative: - the sofa is very hard, i can feel the structure 😭 - the bathroom door cant be closed properly, very not smooth to slide, hope u change/fix it soon - the utensils is dirty - the bedroom got smoke smell

Stay was good. Positive: The area. Very close to aeon. Negative: There wasnt any ironing facilities. And the kitchen area was not cleaned properly.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay and a tq for the owner for being so helpful. few areas to improve. tq Positive: 1. I like the how the apartment's tidiness and how helpful the guard was during the arrival. 2. tq owner for truly give his best for helping us to access the tv and movie channel, even late night. this give impression that you value your customer. Movie experience is good. manage to watch Tiger 3 movie. 3. The aircord is excellent and cold. 4. parking area is good on 4th floor and access to lift and apartment is good. Negative: 1. Access system using QR is confusing and frustrating when we learn that we need to go down to ground floor first and use QR to go to 4th floor (parking area) . We did late for a meet up in JB because of Qr was not working to go from ground floor to 4th floor ( parking), only with guard assistant to get new QR, we able to go to 4th floor parking. 2. There is no water boiler of water dispenser ( coway) in the apartment that lead us to only drink mineral water on stay. I recommended the owner to provide either water boiler or if kind enough a coway machine that will cost owner RM65 per month ( add value to customers). 3. the bed felt like it is an old bed and used. It is fine but good if it replaced with new one. 4. makeup and in bed room table is too small. distract on how customer getting ready. 5. There is no mirror to get ready. A full mirror will be nice for getting ready. 6. The shower form and shampoo already in double layer ( looked expired) and we are not confident to use. So, we use our own shower form.
