Negative: 1.주차장이용..😮‍💨 너무 너무 불편했다. 숙박을 2박 예약 했는데 주차장을 24시간 마다 재등록 하고 QR을 받아야 하는데..(룸키로도 가능) 첫날은 이해하지만 둘째날도 첫날과 똑같이 운전면허증, 얼굴 사진 찍고, 룸키 줘야 하고, 연락처 등등 반복해서 하는데 시간도 많이 걸리고 불편했다. 주차도 4층 visitor 자리에만 주차. 2. 출입 카드 키가 없으면 아무 곳도 이용하지 못 한다. (주차장 이용×)

Nice and Cozy Positive: This place is in the centre of Bukit Indah, Aeon Mall is just 5 mins walk, and food shops are just across the road. There is a bus stop outside Aeon Mall for buses to go to the CIQ, so if you want to travel between Singapore and JB Bukit Indah is not a bad choice. The place is comfy and cozy, security is good, quick response from the representative, worth it. Negative: The water kept beeping when we were using it, kind of worried us, we reported to the representative and they offered to have someone to come up to check, but we were not around so we declined the offer.

It was a nice & pleasant stay. Would recommend to my friends. Positive: Nice clean room. Convenient location as per my requirement. Nice & responsive HOST. Negative: Certain things were not as per expectation but manageable
