Meeting expectation for relaxation.
Positive: Location is good as it is quite near to LOTUS and AEON within walking distance.
Negative: Access card and key not inside letter box upon collection. Need to make contact to make it happen.
Getting QR code access to carpark and door entry also take up some time.
Arrived at Sky Trees around 3:10pm but upon entering the room at around 4:30pm.

Please provide doormate near washroom entrance. So easy

Positive: Clean. Good location. Some amenities at ground floor such as self laundry service, bakery shop and dessert shop.
Negative: Hair dryer not working. Bathroom sliding door difficult to open and close.
