Positive: Room was simple, clean and comfortable. My family love it. Negative: Overall experience was good. Nothing to complain.

Suggestions: 1. Provide spare pillows, elderly guest who may need to sleep with 2 pillows. 2. Positive: The securities staff are very helpful. Brought us to the letter box to collect the key, and guided us the packing log. Negative: 1. The furniture is abit old. 2. No tablecloth provided. 3. Suggest to provide two sets of keys. Having only one set restrict our movement and causes inconvenience to others, eg, when some guests need to leave (swimming), they can only take the access card, while the door key must remain with those staying in for emergency situation or fire safety. 4. Suggest to provide a foldable spare mattress for children staying with adults in the bedroom, as the sofa bed may not be comfortable for elderly guests.

Positive: The house furniture in the house is a little worn out but it is clean for stay at this price n location.
