Skyloft A3004 Positive: Location and easy to get there Negative: Parking was a challenge with the security. The security made the experience bad with poor after taste not understanding the parking policy. Lots were not placed intuitively. Was mind blowing to find the lots linked to the unit. Secondly, only one set of keys were given. If there were several different members of family wanting to experience the location, it would mean escorting them in and out all the time. Not practical. Apartment is quite dated with overused doors and hard beds. Aircon was good. Floor was excellent at 30 storey for the views of Bukit Indah. Apartment needs to be spruced up else it will be dingy soon. Location is excellent. Near Aeon and other amenities.

Not the best I've stayed in JB. Positive: 8.0 for overall location and easy to call for Grab transport/food. Food is easily available at Aeon Mall and eateries downstairs across the road. Special mention to the Loon Sing Dim Sum directly opposite. Weekdays 50% off dim sum menu. Negative: Sofa was not clean. Specks of chips seasoning can be seen on sofa. Has to use the bedcover and blanket of the single-bed room to overlay on sofa. 3 bedrooms but 1 bedroom(single bed) has no aircon, only ceiling fan.

I will never like to stay at this unit A30-04 with such poor conditions Positive: location Negative: Poor conditions: Cleanliness very bad especially the toilets, common toilet bidet water linking, no hot shower water, very low/no water pressure (shower water is like little boy urine), all cupboard can't easy slide open, spider web at corners of all rooms, sofa cushion not firm, cupboard has dirty pillow, dirty blanket and unwanted stuffs....
